a) be a licensed teacher with 7-12 certification for the state of Ohio with a specialization in a field of Science,
b) be able to teach two bells of AP Physics (specifically, AP Physics I/II; Qualified applicants who have taught AP Physics C will also be considered)
c) must be a committed Christian who is comfortable working in Christian community
d) be a dynamic, student-centered educator.

The Department of Physics in the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Cincinnati invites applications for one or more Annual Adjunct Instructor positions to start August 15, 2017.
These nontenure track positions are salaried positions paid over 12 months, with the possibility of renewal each year. The primary responsibilities of these positions are to teach in our introductory physics laboratories, and serve as a tutor in the Physics Learning Assistance Center.
This is a 60%, 24 hours/week position during fall and spring term only. There are no summer duties. Annual adjuncts enjoy significant university benefits, including health insurance and tuition remission.
